Course was excellent and facilitator well knowledgeable - definitely think this could be a day course as opposed to 4 hours. I also think this course should be compulsory! Thanks GaryResponse : Michelle, thank you so much for your feedback. We also believe that this workshop would lend itself to a full day and will look at this for the future.

I found the training day extremely helpful and informative. The course facilitator was incredibly open, warm, engaging and well spoken. So much so that he was able to get colleagues to open up and share personal experiences. The course material provided is incredibly in depth and will be a handy reference point. Such an interesting insight into Mental Health, it was very emotional but engaging - was very raw and very real! It gives you a clear overview of all Mental Health conditions, how these affect people and what can cause them. It also makes you consider your own Mental Health and your limits - and whether your 'stress bucket' is nearing tipping point'. It then continues to discuss what we can all do to stop these stress buckets overflowing!
