Possibly too much material for half a day - it was a bit rushed at times.

Very good and interesting course - pitched at a good level for most people but personally I am well versed on the subject so I would have liked to perhaps explore in more complexity/detail - but this is just a personal thing.

Really interesting and informative and made me think about how I can improve my own Mental health to make sure that I am able to lead my service areas and start to have a more open conversation about this more specifically to support my staff more effectively to be the best they can

For me having the time to review myself personally was really appreciated. The course this morning enabled me to reflect on what has been stressing me at work. How this has been manifesting itself and how I manage it. Revisiting the domains of mental health and having the time to do so was appreciated as so often as a manager you don’t get this time. I can see the value of this with middle managers and staff. Please roll this out as I would welcome a corporate approach.
