The trainer was very engaging and he made the overall course fun to go through

Derek our trainer, was lovely, friendly, funny and kept us all on task. It is a long course and his friendly approached helped. Under the conditions of COVID, it was restricted but as most of us had already completed a First Aid course before, this did not have a detrimental effect on what we learnt. It was very informative and I personally got alot from what was offered.

Due to covid there was less contact i.e. recovery positions etc but overall adapted
