Had a great three days, full of coverage and easy understanding.

Brendan was an excellent trainer. He made it a very pleasant and enjoyable environment. I feel confident in the knowledge I’ve gained and information he has provided us with.

Clear and precise and very knowledgable, Brendan is a very calm and collected first aider that taught me the acts of first aid in the workplace sufficiently.

Brendan is so lovely and friendly and really makes us feel comfortable and considered. He has a lot of experience to share and always answered a question to the best of his ability and suited his response to our line of work. He loved to ask us about personal experiences and apply them to the course. I feel confident to apply what I’ve learned.

Brendan was really engaging, putting most theory into context practically in the room, and moving us around the venue to show us how we can navigate our workplace and do the first aid in a proper environment. I found his anecdotes about where he’d used the various first aid methods interesting and was nice to learn from, and feel calm at seeing someone dealing with these situations frequently and still being fine now. He was incredibly accommodating for my disability (sleep disorder), which I really appreciated!
