Really good at delivery.

Visuals or videos to enhance as learning styles will differ amongst group.

Danny offers extensive knowledge coupled with first hand experience to offer a comprehensive and well rounded training. The course material was somewhat limited, which may hinder more visual learners, however personally I found with Danny’s explanations this wasn’t any issue.

A very informative update as I had not done any first aid for 15 years

Brendan was fantastic, he was incredibly understanding of peoples individual circumstances and how some might find the course content upsetting. He is amazingly knowledgeable and we felt we are ready for any situation that may occur onsite thanks to him. Everyone who was on the course wanted to thank him for his time, understanding and patience

The trainer was very engaging and he made the overall course fun to go through

Derek our trainer, was lovely, friendly, funny and kept us all on task. It is a long course and his friendly approached helped. Under the conditions of COVID, it was restricted but as most of us had already completed a First Aid course before, this did not have a detrimental effect on what we learnt. It was very informative and I personally got alot from what was offered.

Due to covid there was less contact i.e. recovery positions etc but overall adapted
