Good content, really well delivered by Esther. Some IT glitches and a Kate start which was overcome eventually. I was paired with the same guy three times out of four and I would have liked this to have been mixed up more to give me a greater variety of conversation

I was late and phoned ahead. Reception team made me feel welcome and at ease. Facilities are great. Booklet take home is great for homework and remembering. Facilitator very knowledgeable and able to make the course relatable
