I was very grateful to be able to attend today's workshop. I came from a place of very little knowledge so I feel like I learned a lot and will be able to start implementing many of the ideas shared pretty much immediately.

Loved the course and love coming to happy. The lunch was awesome! I really really really wish there was some kind of doorbell at the main entrance though as it's so annoying trying to get someone's attention to open the door and get the ramp when you're a wheelchair user.

Perceptive isn't a word that begins to cover Des. Throughout the course, he offered insights and observations which helped structure and guide all participants to a greater understanding of coaching and how it could help us each in our roles. Truly excellent course. I will be recommending it to anyone who will listen. Looking forward to hearing more about the Women in Leadership course ... hopefully to get fewer Daves and more women into CEO positions... Thanks, Happy!

I am very happy with this training, the energy it was good and it was very practical. Sometimes thinking outside the box and came out of our confort zone reminds us that we are all humans.

Very relaxed and creative environment which helped to avoid the distractions while we learnt - I only checked my emails twice!

Excellent course from a fantastic facilitator. One of the best courses I have ever attended (and I'm a bit of a cynic when it comes to training on softer skills). Practical, viable, grounded techniques I can actually use in my day to day life. 10/10

The only reason I have put a 4 for structure and pace was that the morning session was quite full and I would have liked to have explored a few more things in greater depth but I realise we did need the time and space in the afternoon. Maybe the course just needed to start half an hour earlier and end half an hour later. (I also recognise two of us had to leave slightly early due to medical appointments.
