Thought Vicky was excellent - really clearly communicated techniques that I can use in the workplace. I think I would have liked a bit more practise with someone being very persistant and aggressive but mainly because in the workplace I’m struggling to work with someone who fits this description. It would have been good to try out new communication styles before trying in real life. May be just my particular circumstance though.
Invoice wasn't received beforehand and so I had to find out about how to pay on the day which distracted time from the session.
Very thorough course. Kay was a great trainer and the pace was fine. Everybody had chance to speak.

Happy training is well designed, meaningful and can be applied to any part of a person's life. This training was excellent and applied to everyone differently who was able to take what they needed from it. The tutor was skilled in addressing individual concerns openly and assertively. I really enjoyed the learning today and will endeavour to apply it in my everyday interaction. I would recommend this course to any woman who wants to develop their engagement and confidence with others and address their mindset.
