The trainer was engaging and explained things well, and made the day fun. The lunch was nice - but I preferred the buffet Happy used to do. Also I had sent me request for lunch but it seems as though it hadn’t been received.

A really good day that has helped me so much - it was a perfect size of session and not too big so I didn’t feel intimidated. The content was also very relevant to my objectives and overall very helpful!
