It was a very engaging course that was tailored to the very specific needs of our work place, departments and roles. Throughout the different focal points a constant return to case studies and experience consolidated these concepts.

Facilitator was engaging and responsive. Overall course was useful and brought in real life example to help contextualise. The venue was great, providing lunch, snacks and refreshments. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and useful day!
