Really good course and tutor

I really enjoyed the training. It gave me a space to share my personal experience with assertiveness and how I can tackle it. It also helped me recognise that a lot of people are struggling with the same things

Facilitator was excellent. Really good at reading the room and keeping the course going. My fellow attendees were great and it was a really supportive space.

It was a great course that gave some practice ways of handling difficult situations with customers but also in personal life

It was a very engaging course that was tailored to the very specific needs of our work place, departments and roles. Throughout the different focal points a constant return to case studies and experience consolidated these concepts.

Really enjoyed the course and got out of it than I expected. Suzi was a great facilitator and adapted well to the groups needs.

The course was very self-reflective and lead to several interesting conversations around a multitude of relevant topics. It also offered a few practices methods to get through obstacles, I'd have liked there to be a tad more as I personally find concrete solutions more helpful. Overall it was a very useful course, thank you!
