Very engaging and informative. Good balance of encouraging different voices in the room. Without feeling too stressful or tiring.

I think Natalie handled the various personalities in the room well, and demonstrated assertive behaviour throughout the course. The content was great and I have more tools to help me be assertive in my personal and professional life

I did not have any emails prior to the course regards start/ finish times other than the lunch requirements of which are very limited perhaps the pret voucher could be given as an option going forward.
