Very interesting to understand own styles and identify strengths and weaknesses of these. Will be very useful in sales engagements to be mindful of my own communication and also being able to better interpret and understand that of others. We made a couple of suggestions overall throughout the day which Orla was happy to incorporate. Very engaging course - overall enjoyable day.
I think the training was much more useful and energising than I initially believed. It led me to have a deeper understanding of different communication styles and how I fit in them.
I found the course to be very interactive and engaging. We covered topics that were personal to us, allowing us to use the skills in our everyday tasks. Great training session.

I feel that i can immediately apply these new skills into my current role, and be confident with them. Knowing how to influence others effectively, understand everyones socials styles. Ensuring that i have all the facts and ask approapriate questions when needed. I really enjoyed how the trainer was so open to share their past experiences and how they dealt with a particular situation, by doing this it encouraged everyone to actively participate and share their stories.

I thought the course was overall very interesting and very well delivered. The afternoon session peaked my interest a bit more than the morning session as I felt it was more beneficial to learn about the different personality types and how best to deal witht them. Thank you very much to Orla!

I thought the course was very good in understanding the different communication styles and identify which one applied to me. Also, interesting to understand how I thought others perceived me and my style and the positive/negatives etc.
