COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
Have you ever wondered why it seems so difficult to talk with some people and so easy to talk with others? Can you recall an occasion where you met someone for the first time and immediately liked that person? Something about the individual made you feel comfortable.

A major goal of this workshop is to help participants understand the impact that their communication skills have on other people.

OVERVIEW
This course is peppered with exercises that will allow participants to apply the information covered to their specific situation. In addition, participants get the opportunity to put their new found skills into practice to gain maximum benefits from the training.

This training is delivered in an informal manner with the use of audience participation in discussion and practical sessions. These will assist participants to learn and understand the communication principles, tools and techniques discussed during the course, and to help them start to put these into practice in the safety of the training environment.

A variety of training methods are used on this course, including group discussion, trainer presentations, skills practice, pairs and group exercises, role play and case studies
