Excellent course, trainer was very clear, consistent and didactic on her examples. I would like to take another session in the future.
Very good course. It would have been nice to get some practical case, more interaction.
I had a great understanding of how to communicate effectively and being assertive. I learned more about my communication style and what are the most suitable communication style to use in different situations when there Is conflict. We also worked on presentation skills and body language which helps us in every area. John is very knowledgeable and experienced about the course content.
The trainer had a pleasant manner and spoke clearly and calmly and easily managed to overcome any technical cliches with the zoom meeting.
Bernie was a warm and engaging teacher and made the course interesting and collaborative, enabling everyone involved to contribute and learn from each other. The course content was exactly what I expected and was delivered effectively.

I really enjoyed this training, I feel that I learned and acquired practical skills that I can apply into my day to day work. The trainer was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and experienced.
Excellent day, Orla really kept the group engaged throughout. Group exercises were very good, made you think and interact with other who we might not actually meet on a day to day basis.
Very good course. Only comment would be that at one point we were standing for more than 30 minutes (maybe 40 plus). It was a bit tough to stand that long. Maybe either get through the material faster or allow attendees to sit.
