the fire alarm in the room before training didn't help to calm my nerves and the problems with wifi during film very annoying. Otherwise i thought it went well

Sofia and Alison are highly skilled in this area with lots of knowledge. Very impressed with the course overall. The content is very teachable. It also provides great opportunity for creating connections with the learners. I look forward to delivering.

I’ve had a great experience overall. I’ve learnt so much I didn’t hear before, the history of the language, the power of the language. I love the fact that this practice is trauma informed & will significantly reduce triggers for both the learners and tutor. Also knowing the teachings are evidence based & statistics, it creates that protective barrier around what we are teaching. The course is informative yet it’s not confusing, meaning that learners will take away vital tools that potentially will help save lives. Thanks so much for this opportunity.

I have really enjoyed the training - the pace of the coaching has allowed me to develop a clear understanding of the programme content and the practice deliveries have helped my confidence and allowed me to reflect on potential questions and comments from learners in the future.

The practice throughout the course reinforced the material and I learned from watching other learners presentation styles. The course has been excellently crafted to suit the complexity of the topic and the tutor made the course engaging despite the issue being quite bleak for some people.

I am impressed by the tutors wealth of knowledge and charisma. We are dealing with such an overwhelming and serious topic and I did not leave the building feeling that way. I felt motivated to learn more and hope I can do the course justice in my delivery.
