I was a little apprehensive before starting the course as it was on a one to one basis and it was the first time I had undertaken any sales training. Simon was really easy to talk to and excellent at explaining the content to me. I now feel I am better equipped to go into a sales negotiation and will have a lot more confidence that I will come out with a win win deal. I would definitely recommend this course to anybody in a sales role. I will be recommending that my colleagues also take the course.

Lots of role play to help put theory into practice. Simon challenged the team a lot as the exercises were generally out of our day-to-day operations.
