I enjoy the role pkay but we could do with a bit more guidance when we walk in to casualties in an empty room to know they have fallen from a hight and some has a burn some simple props would help I think
The course was very well run, at the right pace to be able to follow on and it was very interactive, the chance to review, spend time on the practical elements made it very helpful to gain the knowledge required for the course. The trainer was very professional and offered the right support at the right level at the right time.
I feel much more confident in my role as a first aider now. I also learnt a lot about the human body and how it all works.
Andrew was really good and engaging. He made us feel comfortable in asking questions when were unsure about anything and always will to repeat and go through things in a different way so we all understood. I really enjoyed the 1st aid training and the would recommend Andrew as he's a brilliant trainer.
Trainer is very professional and polite.she had a lots of patience. She was always smiling. She is excellent. No complaints.
