Our course trainer was very informative and had a wealth of knowledge and experience. She was a good listener and made me feel at ease and not afraid to ask questions.

I was very impressed by the trainer, he clearly had lots of experience and knowledge, and taught with a friendly, approachable, relaxed manner that put everyone at ease. Excellent first aid training. Jackie was very helpful particularly discussing real first aid situations where the correct course of action may not be as clear cut. We also covered first aid in much more detail to any first aid course I have done in the past and have conducted first aid in work already and feel even more confident about applying the course into practise.
