Alex was outstanding, what a knowledgeable, considered and very patient individual - a wonderful asset for your company. Resources and training materials were great, but a link to the slides or a paper copy would be helpful to brush up on learning over the next three years.
Alex was a fantastic trainer, put me at ease and talked us through everything thoroughly. He answered all our questions very well and told us about his personal experiences which makes things easier to understand. Absolutely fabulous course and again Alex was amazing.
Excellent Stephen was excellent in teaching the course and I really enjoyed attending for the 3 days He has given me confidence if I had to administer first aid
