The trainer was brilliant, very patient and knowledgeable. Overall very happy with the course
Was well paced overall, however, did miss more of the practical elements of previous courses, aware this is due to the recent pandemic. Venue was fine, seating not the most comfortable.
Pace of training delivered swiftly though realise there is alot of content to cover .given I ve never completed any First Aid training so probably felt the pace faster than others who might have already known alot having attended previous training.
It was a good, knowledgeable course and I gained new information. The trainer was great with his training skills and supportive.
This was my first time on a first aid course Dave made us feel at ease with his expert knowledge and approach to the whole group. There was a lot to take in and the pace and split between theory and practical was very good
The course was very informative and well paced. Kayleigh was second to non as a trainer, she was supportive, clear and clearly has a passion for her role.
Very well organised course with a highly knowledgeable trainer with an easy can do attitude
Very thorough engaging course. Well taught and interesting. The exams were often quite opaque, full of typos, grammar errors, misleading questions. Not difficult questions, just poorly worded, could easily be fixed with a redraft
Manuals at the end would be benifical as well as the ability to review answers to the online quizes
Day 1 & 2 Trainer was OK did learn some stuff, but not a lot. Day 3 Kev our trainer was very informative. A lot of the stuff he mentioned contradicted a lot of what the trainer had taught over the last 2 days.
