I learned a lot more than expected it was all taught clearly and concisely in a way that I will remember . Mark was friendly and I felt comfortable to ask questions and he was patient a very good teacher .

Trainer Debbie was excellent. with regards to some of the question, several spelling mistakes. and the use of double negative questions not great

Some of the videos I didnt feel added to the course and were repetitive for no reason. Really nice to have a trainer who has so much life experience with all of this and he was very clear and delivered the course well. Thank you.

Well presented, friendly and encouraging. Fans was open and inclusive to the whole group, he only encouraged and took time to personalize the course to our group. I enjoyed the whole course.

I testing learnt a few things I would never thought about

Would like to have had a manual. Also the option to go back to previous questions when doing tests.

Need for more brochures/ manuals The course was very informative and I enjoyed it. Out training was great thanks Jonathan!!

I was quite nervous about the amount of information to take in and the responsibility, however Julie was very easy to listen to and made the material very easy to follow. Particularly like the use of Q&A cards for revision and may get a set of these for myself.

Good course Very energetic trainer and positive not talking down a lot better than the on line courses
