Lovely trainer easy to get along with made the course really fun and enjoyable with lots of material's and little quizzes. Made sure we were all picking up the information and asking lots of questions on subjects to see how much we already knew and what we would need to spend a little more time on for us to pick up the information.

More life situations videos would be helpful and a booklet at the end which could be referred to in practical situations.

David, made the whole course a very relaxed environment and made the course enjoyable.

The content was extremely interesting and the trainer was knowledgeable. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Alot had changed since the last refresh but some on our course we're new people and alot of the stuff went over their heads. I think your company should have stressed refresh only.
