Helen was a fantastic trainer. She made the course very interesting and fun to learn. Usually I'm falling asleep half way through courses as it drones on but not with Helen. Brilliant. Loved it.

I feel more confident to deal with various casualties, not only my colleagues but also the young people I teach. I will definitely look to continue to keep my first aid up to date as I think it is crucial within my line of work, a well as helping members of the public in the future.
