Mick was fantastic throughout the training. He was able to connect with every member of the group, and made sure the pace was suitable for all. Very engaging, and kept everyone interested. Excellent trainer.

It’s was a really fun 3 day course and fully understood when he was saying ! The only let down is the system it took 45 mins to get everyone logged in to the corse! And when we had todo the validations at the end of every day it was very slow to see if we passed

The course was brilliant overall and also the trainer was 100% brilliant and made me feel so at ease through the course the practical side of it and also when I had questions no question was ever silly one.

Julie was fantastic. Julie took her time to explain each step of procedure and clarified and explained again if anyone was unsure. Julie delivered the course in a way that it was kept interesting and you didn't lose focus after a short time. Overall Julie done a great job at delivering the course and I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days learning
