Carol is a brilliant instructor, she taught us in an engaging way that has helped everything stick. After completing the course I now feel confident in being able to deal with the scenarios that we have gone through.

The course was very well prepared and presented by Taff. There was a lot of open conversation and participation which was far better than the normal "death by powerpoint".

Course finished 25 November not 23rd , feel course could be completed in 2 days rather than 3, content good and trainer was excellent

Ross was a brilliant trainer, he really managed to engage the group and have us on board and eager to learn from the off. He made the course fun as well as informative. I left after the three days feeling confident in the role and knowing if needed I can be of help.

The course overall was really helpful specifically the course is demonstrated with real life examples.
