The venue was a disaster. Was not suitable at all for training and learning. The seats that we had were not designed for sitting for long periods of time.Trainer done the best she could with what was available to her.

Training was good especially Day 3. Would have liked to have actually tried to use the defib in a test scenario - we were only shown how to use it.

The way the questions are asked in the book is confusing and made a lot of us get things wrong. Its very miss leading in some of the questions , Which made some people start questioning and doubt what they were putting. Over all it was a good three days. Tony the trainer was fantastic very Informative and what a lovely man. I have done first aid for over 10 years in this store and I have to say this was the best course for first aid I have been on.

Our trainer Leila was excellent. She has a wealth of knowledge and made the training exciting and fun. The training was over 3 days and each day was as interesting as the rest. Leila is a good teacher and manged to keep my attention for the entire 3 days.

The instructor was knowledgeable and explained everything in an engaging and understandable way. Being able to apply techniques like CPR and bandaging made me feel much more confident in my abilities. The course was well-paced, with plenty of time for both theory and practice. Overall, the course was informative, practical and give me the skills I need to provide first aid confidently.
