Excellent trainer informative and engaging very professional couldn’t fault him at all. Most people expect courses to be long boring and pointless But he was the total opposite
Rob was absolutely fantastic! Really enjoyed the course and found it very informative. I am feeling much more confident regarding safety and first aid. Would highly recommend both the course and Rob.

Covered more aspects of First Aid than I expected, and overall gave a good insight into what we may encounter in our daily work place. Lisa was genuinely keen to understand any aspect we may not fully comprehend and was happy to go over items again
The course was very interactive, and Carol made us all feel comfortable from the first moment she introduced herself to the candidates. Carol was happy to answer our questions during the 3 days and would discuss topics at break times as well. The course overall was well worth attending and I would recommend it to others. Thank you Carol and all those at Green Cross.
Anita was very knowledgeable and informative about everything First Aid. She helped me greatly in understanding everything I wanted to get out of the course, especially having a young baby at home. I would recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn and help others
David was relay helpful as I had just lost my husband and David help me to get through this difficult time and am grateful for this.
