David was engaging and showed great leadership. he kept the class attentive. While the content could have been dry, David made it relatable with good antidotes and practices. This helped the whole class to pass 😁⭐.
The trainer made it really engaging with his teaching style, so the content definitely stuck. I went into it not knowing much at all about first aid and how to deal with medical emergencies, and now I feel confident. The course was 6 hours per day over the course of 3 days, but I never sat there and thought 'god when is this going to end' or 'what is he on about'. The learning environment also allowed everyone to join in and share their own stories, ask questions and have discussions. I learn by doing, so getting the change to play around with the different equipment was also helpful.
Simon was excellent. I enjoyed the discussion around the topics and discussing scenarios as this helped me to remember the content. I felt comfortable to ask questions and discuss feelings which helped boost my confidence.
Course was good overall David was great venue not so as no food facilities
Excellent course with a tutor who had a great manner for teaching and made everyone feel at ease and thus be able to absorb information
The course was interesting and The Trainer engaging and knowlegeable. They ensured we understood each process before moving on.
I enjoyed the program as it opened my eyes to knowing alot about first aid at work, home and a round our environment. I will recommend it to anyone who is interested.
