The course was completely full of the required information for applying in a busy retail store and was delivered in an easy to understand and entertaining way by Lesley. Lesley knows her subject thoroughly after working in the airline industry for so long. It is very obvious that she has a great interest in the subject that goes a lot further than Level 3 and was very helpful.for applying to all the situations that we are likely to meet in our workplace. I would highly recommend her.
I enjoyed the training. It was made clear and understandable. Mick the trainer added a bit of humour which made it more enjoyable.
I was really nervous about the course due to a private matter, but the course gave me back the confidence. It was run by Tony Daly and was serious, fun, exciting and he made us all feel confident. It had hands on practice so made it more interesting, lots of sinarios, not just slides. Would do another, and have recommended lots of my colleagues in work do the course
Really great course and content, Tony was funny enough to create a relaxed atmosphere for learning, but serious enough to stress the importance and impact of delivering proper first aid. Thoroughly enjoyed the three days.

Really good training, good pace. Rob was great, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Kept it interesting. I feel equipped if I ever am in the position where I need to deliver first aid.
Very well presented....not sure of trainers name ..but the course was compacted well into 3 days and I found it very informative
Enjoyable course , excellent knowledge from the trainer who was very approachable and put everyone at ease which made learning very simple .
The course was very detailed and covered so many areas of first aid. Paul was absolutely fantastic. He made the course interesting, engaging and we all left feeling as prepared as we possibly can be to tackle any first aid incidents we may encounter. I was really impressed by the whole thing.
