Really good trainer who explained and showed us everything in an easy to understand way

Excellent trainer informative and engaging very professional couldn’t fault him at all. Most people expect courses to be long boring and pointless But he was the total opposite

Rob was absolutely fantastic! Really enjoyed the course and found it very informative. I am feeling much more confident regarding safety and first aid. Would highly recommend both the course and Rob.

The course was very interactive, and Carol made us all feel comfortable from the first moment she introduced herself to the candidates. Carol was happy to answer our questions during the 3 days and would discuss topics at break times as well. The course overall was well worth attending and I would recommend it to others.
