Gary was an excellent trainer and presented the course very well.explained everything in a great way and made it an enjoyable and informative course.

Course was run smoothly and Andrew was great in delivering information kept learners engaged and delivered great practical sessions where we could get involved loved the games we did to keep ourself engaged and felt that I know more now doing it that way then listening to PowerPoint.

The course trainer was very good, she got the information across very well and made the course interesting. Therefore I learnt more useful details about the potential problems I may face and a new recovery technique for neck/back injuries. Very good compared to other organisations/courses I have attended.
