It was a very comprehensive course & Mark was an excellent trainer - he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the course content.

Yet to receive the completion certificate

Being a first aider already it was nice tii on refresh my knowledge and also new products available

I felt we jumped from one part of the course to the other and I was getting confused
