I received a word document certitifcate stuff already but its not much use to print off or use , I can alter the details on it , what use is that , I thought I woudl receive a proper certificate and details to use not just add to my linked in account , not any use to me whatsoever Im afraid , can you not send a proper certificate for retention ? I would appreciate a reply please ! Thank you

Great trainer . Made it interesting and fun , had us up and moving about .running for Defibulate in Waverley court . Would recommend this course

As someone who experiences mirror-sensory synaesthesia attending the First Aid training was always going to be a challenge for me, but my trainer was empathetic and ensured that I was still able to learn the skills needed to pass the course despite the content containing elements and topics that triggered a reaction within me. I am proud to say that with their help I could take part and pass the course with minimal discomfort.
