Very knowledgeable trainer, detailed course content and good pace with regular breaks to help take in information. Enjoyable course.

Loved the course, found it extremely interesting and has left me wanting to know more. Scott was an extremely engaging trainer and peaked interest in the subject.

Good course. This feedback Web form is pretty badly laid out. If you wanted more feedback on your courses, redesign this form.

Russell was very informative and very active and practical in his teaching style to allow us as much hands on experience as he possibly could. simulated surprise emergency situations to allow us to think on our feet and explained the reasoning behind even the basic movements to help understand how to prevent a mistake.

Trainer was called Richard but not sure of his surname! Excellent feedback from the three colleagues who attended. Felt it was very worthwhile and they were all glad they went even though the two younger ones were not keen at first.
