Very knowledgeable trainer. Would have liked a small information booklet which I could then refresh the main points at a later date.

The course was really good, the trainer was so good and explained everythin even if you were stuck and didn't understand anything she explained until you did, I was a bit nervous at first but Lesley made us feel at ease and explained everything xxx
