Outstanding and covered all subjects in the three days. Emma was focused on making sure our whole team for the three days understood subjects before moving on to the next part. We got all involved with the practical work and I cannot thank her and green Cross organisation for helping me take away these life skills to potentially save life. Thank you.

The trainer was fantastic. Fiona made the training informative, interesting, fun and very real. I came away feeling a lot more confident about how I would respond to a first aid scenario and found her teaching methods really clear and memorable.
I found the Course very informative and the trainer very knowledgeable. A trainer was able to adapt to my dyslexia and adjust the teaching in a way that my new diverse brain would be able to understand..
I am happy with Matt for day 1 and day 3. However Emma the trainer on day 2 was a nightmare! Rude, agitated and very scattered.she is not right person to teach and we all had very hard time being in her presence…
