Very impressed with Mark Tolan knowledge & the way he explained everything to us. He was patient & really helpful with all of our questions. I really enjoyed this course & will be telling my colleagues to come & get trained by Mark.

Mark Tolan made the course very enjoyable, he has a good way of teaching. Feel more confident in using my knowledge in first aid.

The question book differed from the presentational slides and both differed from the First Aid manual provided - whilst the trainer was a nice chap there were difficulties in the running order and at times you were jumping from topic to topic and it was harder to keep track

Anne was lovely! Amazing teacher, very approachable, answered questions extremely well! Would love to have her as a teacher again!!!!!

Ruben was fantastic at providing an entertaining and informative first aid course. In challenging times of being Covid safe Not sure how possible it would be to include giving students paracetamol.
