Brilliant course! Hazel was wonderful. So much information and I learnt everything I needed to know. Hazel was a great trainer and made me feel very comfortable. I hope in 3 years time I get to renew my certificate and have Hazel as my trainer again.
The Course was really informative and practically relevant and useful. It was really what I need for my role at work. The course trainer in particular (Emma) was superb. Truly excellent teacher. She engaged all of us very well and communicated exceptionally well. I think she is one of the best trainers/teachers I have ever come across. I am grateful to her.

Outstanding and covered all subjects in the three days. Emma was focused on making sure our whole team for the three days understood subjects before moving on to the next part. We got all involved with the practical work and I cannot thank her and green Cross organisation for helping me take away these life skills to potentially save life. Thank you.
The trainer was fantastic. Fiona made the training informative, interesting, fun and very real. I came away feeling a lot more confident about how I would respond to a first aid scenario and found her teaching methods really clear and memorable.
I found the Course very informative and the trainer very knowledgeable. A trainer was able to adapt to my dyslexia and adjust the teaching in a way that my new diverse brain would be able to understand..
