I really enjoyed it and learnt alot.

The course content was great and having such a fantastic trainer in Karen made the course & content very enjoyable! Would highly recommend the course and Karen as a trainer!

As someone who experiences mirror-sensory synaesthesia attending the First Aid training was always going to be a challenge for me, but my trainer was empathetic and ensured that I was still able to learn the skills needed to pass the course despite the content containing elements and topics that triggered a reaction within me. I am proud to say that with their help I could take part and pass the course with minimal discomfort.

Glyn was absolutely on the nail, very knowledgeable and able to train all levels at the same time.. He should be training your trainers unless they are all that good

The course was very informative with a great trainer who allowed us plenty of practise and plenty of time to ask questions to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything we were taught.

Tony was a good teacher on the course,found him helpful a d was great at explaining and going into detail when questions were asked

Kaz was an excellent trainer. She had lots of real life examples which made it all more relatable.

The trainer was fantastic .She made the training look simple and easy to grasp She made the participants look like a family. I must confess this is the best training I’ve ever had I can recommend this training for anyone And I thank the trainer and the company for training me throughly on the course
