Both Frans and David Gardiner made the course fun and enjoyable which made it easier to take in information. There was no such thing as a silly question.

Frans only did day one, he was great. But day 2&3 was David Gardiner and with his knowledge as a paramedic was brilliant. Great presentations and kept us focused on the training. AAA+++

Course was easy to understand, and the practicals re-enforced the theory behind it. If it had been a Blended or Online course, I would not have been able to have as much confidence in my ability now. Trainer was very natural, down to earth and was a natural trainer who conveyed the information in an easy to learn format and when it comes to getting retrained in 3 years, I hope to have her again as she was brilliant.

I found my recent first aid course very enjoyable and I feel this was due to our instructor Jim, he was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and patient with the whole group. First aid is crucial to everyone in society and in my opinion to have a trainer who can make a very serious and not always enjoyable in real life subject so enjoyable as a course is invaluable. Content of course excellent, but without a trainer like we had this subject could easily go over anyone's head!

Excellent delivery, clear and concise with a good mix of practical and theory. Brent (Trainer) was encouraging and supportive throughout the sessions. By the 2nd day everyone comfortable to ask questions without fear of embarrassment and volunteered to participate in the practical element of the course. Great knowledge, insight and stories!
