Had mark as our trainer, was absolutely amazing from day one, made sure he introduced himself and made sure everyone surrounding introduced them self, learnt a lot over the last 3 days about body parts we didn’t even know we had, how to do things we never never thought we’d need to do, hopefully marks training will help us save someone’s life one day

Marleen delivered the course very well. She went into details whenever required and answered all our questions. She had a unique way of delivering this course which made it easier to understand and fun training course. Thanks a lot Marleen for amazing course. My best wishes.

Brilliant course! Hazel was wonderful. So much information and I learnt everything I needed to know. Hazel was a great trainer and made me feel very comfortable. I hope in 3 years time I get to renew my certificate and have Hazel as my trainer again.

The Course was really informative and practically relevant and useful. It was really what I need for my role at work. The course trainer in particular (Emma) was superb. Truly excellent teacher. She engaged all of us very well and communicated exceptionally well. I think she is one of the best trainers/teachers I have ever come across. I am grateful to her.
