The trainer was superb. Her knowledge and the way she passed this on was by far one of the best I have seen. There were no times when she had to check things out and it was apparent that she had a very healthy knowledge of her subject. Her interaction with the group was also really good. She brought a light-hearted feel to the class without losing the seriousness of the content. I have taken off one star due to the fact that there were no manuals. If they are not going to provide manuals in the future, if we could have emailed the presentation to us.

Great course trainer made it fun and enjoyable

Dave was a great trainer and found the course very informative and useful.

The trainer made the course easy to understand and retain vital information, her props were vital and provided a visual element to the learner. I feel confident if there was a need to assist anyone in the future

Excellent trainer Matt made really good use of real world examples and visuals to give a more realistic experience than the ‘textbook’ version you get from just slides or flip charts
