George was very good and made the course fun and informative. Really enjoyed his presentations. One of the better courses I have been on.

Enjoyed the course, and it was good to do a refresh as I did it just over 3 years ago, so mine had run out.

Second day questions worded a bit hard/ tricky. Apart of this no other inconvenience.

Both Frans and David Gardiner made the course fun and enjoyable which made it easier to take in information. There was no such thing as a silly question.

Frans only did day one, he was great. But day 2&3 was David Gardiner and with his knowledge as a paramedic was brilliant. Great presentations and kept us focused on the training. AAA+++

Frans was trainer for first day and David Gardiner for other 2 days and was an excellent trainer

Frans was great on day 1. David Gardiner was day 2 and 3. He was brilliant, he was so knowledgeable, and we all learned so much.
