Some of the questions where we had to give the incorrect answer seemed a bit pointless

Andy deliverd the course very clear and well. I had recently had a first aid situation that was very hard on me and I needed counseling which couldn't answer my questions had . I was able to speak with Andy and he was able to tell me some of the things was normal that happened and help me understand more of what had happened. Andy while delivery the course gave me back my confidence with doing first aid which I really needed. I feel Andy was very supportive of all colleges needs when delivery the course. I do think they test on line thstvwe could access on our phones is very good but I think the colours the questions are written in needs looking at as well as the font especially when the question ask you to the put the incorrect answer as if missed this could be yhe difference between pass or fail. I feel a small hand book to take home each night as reference would be a great option. Over all I feel the lecture delived stronge and clear.

The way they had the question could have be more rephrased so you could understand them more better
