I found Julie very warm and friendly quickly putting me at ease. She answered any questions we had which was great I had done an online course last year due to covid and that had been more difficult. The practical element was much better too although I do think the courses would benefit from smaller groups still. I did prefer that the days learning was reviewed and assessed that day and not done all on the final day that helped with anxiety and made the course more enjoyable as you came in every day ready to learn a new topic following a and not worrying about remembering everything. The course was put together by Julie in a much better way with less watching videos and I liked she used her experiences to relate the learning to us.

Debbie was fantastic, she made us all feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. She was able to simplify every situation or question we had so it was easier for all the colleagues to understand better. Debbie is a credit to the work she does and anyone would be lucky to have her as a trainer in the future.

The course questions/exam are done via an app which crashed several times while attempting to answer the questions. With this system, there is no way of going back to review the answers before submitting.
