A very good course clear explanation from the trainer on the reasons why procedures are done . Neil was very patient when questions were asked.
It was difficult in the fact that COVID has caused a restriction in the practical sense of the course, but in general all required information and training assessment were well organised.
Vert good course, wonderful trainer who made me feel relaxed, he had a great knowledge and personal experience that put a real personal sense to the course.
