Mandi was a breath of fresh air, her fun personality enabled us to relax and in return share our stories/ experiences which helped understand why they happened and if anything could have been done differently. I learned more on this refresher than in all previous ones. Thank you.

Dave took over from Mark on day two. Both trainers were excellent maintaining the interest of those on the refresher course by introducing updates and various devices we have not needed to be trained on before.

Helen was a great tutor and put you all at ease and made the course really interesting touching on her personal experiences and relating them to the course. I didn’t have much prior first aid experience before this course and can definitely say I’ve come away learning a lot and have already put to use some of my first aid learnings in my work place.

Enjoyed this course. Hard in some places but very good.

Debbie is amazing and full of knowledge! She made the course extremely interesting and made things easy to remember.

Helen was excellent and really made the course both interesting and less daunting for all of us, helping us whenever we needed it and making sure we all felt comfortable and learnt to relax in what is normally a stressful situation! She also had some amazing stories and experiences which helped apply our learning into real-life. Overall couldn't fault her or the course, thank you so much :)
