Very good course and the instructor was very knowledgable and experienced

Brilliant course and very informative.

I felt very nervous at first, but our trainer Ian. Was really assuring and very thorough. By the end of the day I felt more confident. I enjoyed the course, at times was overwhelming. But I was happy that I passed.

David was engaging and relatable as a course leader. The course was concise and easy to understand with a variety of learning styles considered within the planning.

Very good and simple explanations so easy to understand.

David delivered the course content clearly and gauged the room extremely well in his delivery. The pace of the course was appropriate.

Very informative and clear with a bit of fun thrown in to make the day a pleasure.

Jack was a brilliant instructor, he explained everything really well & gave examples & also answered our questions. He was very patient & helpful during practical sessions with people that didn't get it quite right first time.

It was a bespoke course which will give us the basic knowledge required at work for a First Aider. I would recommend this course for other colleagues.
