Really enjoyed the course, trainer Frans was excellent at communicating both the significance and necessary structure of first aid, whilst making the day itself enjoyable. I have learned a lot, and am far more confident in my ability to give first aid, many thanks.

The course was extremely eye opening and the trainer presented it at just the right speed, always encouraging in answers to questions and with the practical aspects of the course. I would highly recommend this trainer and course.

Very enjoyable, hands on course. Relaxed and not rushed - both took time to answer questions (no matter how daft) and make the course fun!
