Course was very informative. Trainer was very good and answered all questions that were asked. To help with the training.

Frans gave a good overview and well covered the basics of first aider should know and notice, knowledgable and give good cases references. On practice, he can point out what is right and wrong on individually basis so that course learner could rectify immediately. Since there are quite a lot of info, it would be great if the course notes can be sent thru email for more detail readings or revisit.

I learned more about First AIDS. I can work and safely manage situations relating to most aspect of things that I have learn in the course.
